Account Deletion
This page explains how users of DentiPlanner by DentiEasy Solutions LTD can request deletion of their account and associated data. Account deletion is available from inside the app after sign-in. If you cannot sign in, email support@dentieasy.com from the email address linked to your account.
How to request deletion
- Sign in to DentiPlanner.
- Go to the settings page.
- Open Manage Account.
- Tap Request Account Deletion.
- Confirm the request in the deletion dialog.
Data that may be deleted
Where legally and contractually permitted, deletion may include account profile data, app settings, portal or sync access links, push tokens, scheduled messages, secure messages, uploaded non-retained files, and workspace data that is not required for healthcare, billing, security, or legal retention.
Data that may be retained
Some data may be retained, minimized, or anonymized where required for healthcare record keeping, tax and accounting obligations, subscription history, security, audit logs, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, legal claims, backups, or regulatory compliance. Clinical patient records may be retained or anonymized for up to 11 years under the current retention policy. Financial records may be retained or anonymized for up to 6 years. Security and GDPR audit records may be retained as required to prove compliance and protect the service.
Patient and partial data requests
Patients can request erasure or restriction of patient data without deleting a full account. Patient clinical records are usually controlled by the dental clinic or provider, so requests about dental records may require review by that clinic before deletion, anonymization, or restriction is applied.
